Knowing that I love to cook and favor Italian food, my sister-in-law gave me one of Lidia Matticchio Bastianich’s cookbooks, Lidia’s A Pot, A Pan, and A Bowl. My sister-in-law also included Lidia’s sauce and spaghetti. I was anxious to try it, and January 4th was National Spaghetti Day. Perfect, huh?
