I am sure both Teddy and Candy were stressed and confused by the chain of events resulting from the sprinkler line explosion. The photos below were taken upon arrival at the Extended Stay Hotel. Even though we were able to bring their food, treats, beds, Candy’s Meds, and Teddy’s crate, they were stressed. The next day my husband and I took both dogs to the vet to make sure they were OK.
Note: The Vet was particularly concerned about the added stress on Candy’s heart, but she is responding to the medication and doing better than expected.
Both Teddy and Candy were amazingly adaptable and willing to do whatever we asked of them. They willingly dashed down the hall and into the elevator and then outside. Finally, they made it to the lawn area for pets to go potty — not one accident or complaint. The Extended Stay Hotel room is tiny, however, for two large adults and two large Golden Retrievers. So we left for Arnold after only a couple of days.
On the road to Arnold.
Once we arrived at the home in Arnold everyone collapsed.
I am so lucky that my doggie kids want to be close to me.
I am grateful that we will be able to move back and forth between the Extend Stay Hotel and the Arnold home while repairs proceed.
I don’t even know the way I ended up right here, however I thought this
put up was good. I do not know who you might be however certainly
you are going to a well-known blogger should you are not already.
Cheers!
