I may be a lifelong cook, but I am no chef. I said I would share with you recipes that I discovered and thought were terrific, and here’s another one.
Guacamole Recipe
- 4 medium ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and cut up.
- 3 large green onions cut up.
- 2/3 of a cup of diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- half a teaspoon of salt
- pinch of pepper
- tortilla chips
I combined the avocados, onions, chili peppers and tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and half a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper in my food processor. I blended the mixture until it was smooth, scraping the sides, as necessary. Salt-and-pepper to taste. Serve with chips.
