Summer is ending, Fall is approaching, and nothing screams fun like a special treat! A friend of mine had a brilliant suggestion to make an ice bowl. What better way to beat the heat than to create a delicious ice bowl filled with strawberries and blueberries? With this easy-to-follow recipe, I made a tasty and refreshing treat for Teddy, Bear, and Summer!
Step 1: Gather your Materials
The first step in creating this incredible ice bowl is to gather all your materials. You will need two medium-sized bowls, two small-sized bowls, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and water.
Step 2: Strawberries and blueberries
Place a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on the bottom of the larger bowls, and then place the smaller bowl on top and continue to drop pieces of both fruits around the bowl. Make sure there is enough space between the bowls for the water.
Note: I filled the smaller bowls with ice for weight and to further the freezing process.
Step 3: Pour Water between the Bowls
Once the strawberries and blueberries are in place, fill the space between the bowls with water. The fruit may float around a bit.
Step 4: Freezing Time!
Allow the ice bowl to freeze overnight or at least eight hours. This will give adequate time for the water to freeze. After freezing, remove the bowls.
Step 5: Serve it Up!
You may need to hold the larger bowl in warm water for a few seconds until the ice bowl comes out. Now, your furry baby can enjoy a tasty and refreshing treat like Teddy and Bear.
Creating an ice bowl for your furry baby is a fun and easy way to get through the hot days. Follow these simple steps to make an ice bowl your pup will love. Stay cool, and have fun!
