A peaceful moment in time that I would not have been able to experience if I were not retired. I am out here in the backyard with Teddy, while he is in his pool. It’s hot, but we’re in the shade, and there is a soft breeze blowing, which is unusual for this area. I can see the pollinators flying around the flowers, plants, and trees, and I can hear their soft little buzz. Teddy, funny little guy, loves his pool! He likes to put his face in the water and blow bubbles. Candy would never do that, but Teddy is standing in his pool and wagging his tail vigorously with his face in the water blowing bubbles. Jim likes to say he is snorkeling.
